Golden Chedda Mozzarella Cheeze (Vegan & Gluten Free)

Total Time: 5 Minutes


Ingredients:

1 (400 ml) can of coconut milk

1 Container of Golden Chedda

1/4 c. Arrowroot powder


Method:

1) Combine all of the ingredients:

1 (400 ml) can of coconut milk,

1 container of Golden Chedda, and

1/4 c. Arrowroot powder in a blender. Mix the ingredients together for 30 seconds.




2) Transfer the mixture to a small sauce pot. Place the pot on the stove and turn the stove on to a medium heat. Let the mixture simmer for 3 minutes. Stir the Golden Chedda consistently throughout the 3 minutes, it turns into a stringy Golden Chedda mozzarella cheese very quickly.


3) Option to enjoy "Golden Chedda Mozzarella Cheeze" as a dip or a topping on your favorite dish like Cauliflower Crusted Pizza!


Serving Size: 1 medium bowl. I like to use this entire recipe on 1 large pizza.
